1. Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is JL Digital, Jette Lakeberg. Contact: hello@getmyvisa.pro.

2. What data we process

To deliver our service, we collect and process the data you provide via the questionnaire, including:

• Identity data (name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, address)
• Contact data (email address, optional phone number)
• Travel data (destination, dates, purpose)
• Employment and financial data (occupation, employer, approximate income)
• Optional context (family situation, prior visa history)

Payment data (card details) is processed exclusively by Stripe and never reaches our servers.

3. Purposes & legal basis

We process the data above to generate the documents you ordered (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — performance of a contract). Email delivery uses an SMTP provider (Brevo / Sendinblue) on our behalf.

4. Processors and hosting

We use the following third-party processors to operate the service. Each processes data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR):

• Vercel Inc. (USA / EU region) — website hosting and form delivery. Our deployment is configured to the Frankfurt (fra1) region so requests are served from inside the EU. Where transfers to the United States are unavoidable, they are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) — payment processing. We never receive your card details.
• OpenAI Ireland Ltd. (Ireland / USA) — automated drafting of your documents. Data is processed under OpenAI's API data-processing agreement; API content is not used to train OpenAI models.
• Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) (France) — transactional email delivery (your generated documents).

5. AI processing — details

To draft your letters, structured summaries of the answers you provided are sent to OpenAI. The data is used solely to generate the requested documents and is not used by OpenAI to train its models, in accordance with OpenAI's API data-processing agreement.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for payment processing (Stripe). Analytics cookies are only set after explicit consent via the cookie banner.

7. Storage period

We store order data for as long as required by tax law (10 years in Germany). You can request earlier deletion if no legal retention applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at hello@getmyvisa.pro.
