Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JL Digital, hello@getmyvisa.pro) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Effect of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content
Important: Your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day period if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the documents are generated and delivered.
By checking the consent box at checkout and proceeding with payment, you give this express consent and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once your documents have been generated and emailed to you.
